Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Prices are inclusive of utilities, Wi-Fi, and standard amenities unless otherwise specified.

  • Azure Residencies reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received on time.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

  • Self check-in details will be provided 24–48 hours before arrival.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available until the time specified on your booking platform (e.g. Airbnb).

  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the timing of cancellation and individual platform policies.

  • No refunds will be issued for shortened stays, no-shows, or early departures.

4. House Rules

Guests agree to the following:

  • No parties or events.

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets unless explicitly approved in writing.

  • Maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.

  • Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking and eviction without refund.

5. Security & Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

  • A security deposit may be pre-authorised or held, depending on the platform or length of stay.

  • Please notify us immediately of any accidental damage.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • A professional cleaning fee is included in your booking.

  • For extended stays, mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request (fees apply).

  • Azure Residencies reserves the right to enter the property for urgent maintenance or inspection with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

  • Azure Residencies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and ensure doors and windows are locked when away from the property.

  • Use of amenities (e.g. gym, sauna, hot tub) is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards neighbours and building staff.

  • Any complaints or violations may result in the involvement of building management and early termination of stay.

9. Privacy

  • We collect and store guest information only for booking, communication, and compliance purposes.

  • Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or platform regulations.

10. Force Majeure

Azure Residencies is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
